I made this as a birthday card, but it could work for any occasion. It is white card stock embossed with a Darice Tree embossing folder and then using scraps from my Thanksgiving card that I punched with a small leaf punch. I attached the leaves with glue dots. I love how this card turned out, and how quick it was to make.
